UK Deliveries

Our standard deliveries within the UK are £2.85! All orders are dispatched within the next working day, from Mondays to Fridays. That means you can expect to receive your order within three to five working days after your order is shipped.

You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking link once your order has been dispatched so you can track its location. The tracking updates will be available within 24 hours after shipping.

Our express delivery option within the U.K. costs £4.31 and is dispatched on a high-priority basis. Once you place your order, you can expect to receive it within one to two working days (Signed for). Bear in mind that we do our best to achieve this, but it is not a guaranteed service.  

Canada/U.S Deliveries

All shipments to Canada and the U.S. start for as low as £10.35! 

Our rates are based on the packages' weights, calculated at checkout.

International Tracked items aim to deliver within 5-7 days. You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking link once your order has been dispatched so you are aware of its location.

If you are within the U.K. and your order doesn’t reach you within five working days from when it was dispatched, don't hesitate to contact us directly via email at Kikadet_enquiries@outlook.com. We are available from Mondays to Fridays, 9 am to 5 pm. Give us room for slight delays, especially when there’s a high volume of orders on our system.

All lost or damaged orders will be replaced free of charge.

However, we will not be held responsible for items that are lost, stolen, misdelivered or sent to the wrong delivery address that you entered during checkout.
