Please return your item unused and in its original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 30 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund.
Where an item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to offer only a partial refund.
If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, and confirmation will be emailed to you.
For late or missing refunds, please get in touch with us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item, please send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To return your item, please send it to 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FH, UK. We recommend tracked and signed delivery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case of a defective or damaged item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We strongly advise that you get Proof of Posting when returning an item as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
